Policies:

• Check-in is by arrangement to ensure we will be home to let you in.
  Please advise us of your arrival time when making reservations.
• Check-out is 11 AM or by arrangement.
• We can accomodate well behaved children 12 years and older when accompanied by an adult at all times.
• No Smoking in the house. Smoking permitted on the porch w/use of sand bucket for cigarette disposal.
• No Candles to be used anywhere.
• No Pets please - we will recommend an excellent boarding kennel.
• Room rate is based on single or double occupancy plus city, county and state tax (12%).
• Advanced reservation is required.
• Gift Certificates have no expiration date and can be used by you, family or friends.
• Gift Certificates have no cash value and are not redeemable for cash.
• We take credit cards Visa, MasterCard &Discover. Personal checks, cash, Traveler's checks, and money orders are also acceptedwith prior arrangement.
• Multiple days and weekly rates are also available at a discount.
• Whether for business or pleasure, make Hawley B&B your home away from home.

Minimum Stays - Minimum stays may be required during peak periods. We have a two-night minimum stay on most weekends, UNL Football games, holidays and other special events. However, we will accept reservations for shorter periods if we have a room available.

Reservations - Feel free to call 402.450.6416 with any questions. Please check room availablity first, then make your payment by credit card. You may also pay a deposit by mailing a check. (We will hold the room for 1 week for a check to reach us.)

Confirmation- We will e-mail a confirmation to you as soon as we receive your payment.

Payment - If you have paid by credit card, you have prepaid for all the days for your reservation. If you want to pay by check, your deposit will be equal to a one night room charge. The rest of the payment would be due on arrival by cash or credit card.

Cancellation - Payment will be refunded with a fourteen (14) day cancellation notice. With less than fourteen (14) days notice, you are responsible for any of your room nights that can not be resold, however, we will gladly provide a gift certificate for future use. If you do not call to cancel a reservation and do not show up, you are responsible to pay for all of the days you reserved.

Internet Access- We have high speed internet access with cable in our north living room available for guests traveling with laptops.

Telephones - We do not have a telephone in the bed & breakfast. Most people travel with cell phones and we have a cell phone you may use if needed.

Television - For your relaxation and enjoyment, we have one TV located in the north living room on first floor. It will also play DVD's.

Check-in/out - Check-in is as arranged ahead of time. If your plans change, please contact us so we can be available to check you in. We work outside jobs, so we are not always at home. Check-out is 11AM or as arranged.

Office Hours - There are no set office hours. We will make arrangements to be home when you arrive. If your plans change, please remember to call us. We need to make arrangements to be home when you arrive to let you in.
