Suite #1 is on first floor just inside the front door

• Rates are based on single or double occupancy and subject to city, county and state sales tax (12%).
• $80 per night single or double plus tax.
• $70 per night single or double plus tax, for 2 or more nights.
• $350 per week single or double plus tax.
• Suite contains bedroom, living room, sunroom and bathroom.
• Coal fireplace in living room with electric insert.
• Full private bathroom room in the suite with clawfoot tub w/ water fall & hand held shower.
• Central heating and air conditioning .
• Ceiling fans in most rooms.
• Kitchen is used to prepare breakfast, but feel free to use the refrigerator and microwave.
• Coffee, tea, cold drinks and snacks are available anytime.
• Robes in the closet
• Ironing board & iron
